How easy can it be?
We’ve
tried to make the software simple and intuitive. Test drive
it and tell us if we succeeded.
To try the
site for free, click "sign in" and register for an account. We’ll walk you
through the process.
Once you
are signed up, tell us your company name. You can use this site for all your
companies or clients using one account.
Now that
you have a company set up, create a project. This may be “direct charge” or it
may be a clients name.
Once you’ve
created your company and project, we won’t ask you that again. We’ll remember
where you left off and take you right to the main action screen.
Here you
can enter receipts for stuff you want to get reimbursed for (expenses). After
you enter an expense, we’ll give you a reference number. Write that on your
receipt so the office folks can match and track it. We make life easier for everyone in the process.
You can
enter your time for the day. Enter just the hours, or the start and stop time - whatever is easy for you and your folks. Include a description of what you did ... just a key point or your entire project diary - the choice is yours.
If you
need to order materials or subcontracts, you can ask for a PO. We'll issue a field PO number right away. Then you can forward it through our system for approval and entry into your company purchasing system. Our system allows you to cross reference the field POs to your company PO easily. We like the KISS principle.
At the end
of the week, you can combine your time into a time sheet. Or your expenses into
an expense report. And the reports can be our standard ones, or customized for
your company. We keep it simple and easy.
